  • 3 wholewheat chocolate coated digestive biscuits (can also use a sugar-free alternative)
  • 1 cup Medspresso™ CBD-Infused Tanzanian Peaberry Coffee, cooled
  • 4 tbsp double-cream plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Liviana™ CBD-Infused Alfalfa Blossom Honey


  1. Place 1 digestive biscuit at the bottom of the ramekin, chocolate side down. 
  2. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of Medspresso™ Coffee over the digestive biscuit.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons of yoghurt over the biscuits.
  4. Sift a teaspoon of cocoa over the yoghurt. 
  5. Repeat with a second layer of coffee-soaked digestive biscuits and the yoghurt. 
  6. Drizzle 1 tsp of Liviana™ CBD-Infused Alfalfa Blossom Honey over the second layer of yoghurt. 
  7. Sift some cocoa powder and finish off with a digestive biscuit, chocolate side up.
  8. Leave to rest in the fridge for about 2 hours for the biscuits to soak up all the Medspresso™ CBD-
    Infused Tanzanian Peaberry Coffee. 
  9. Enjoy this surprisingly tasty and satisfying dessert! Perfect to pre-prepare if you are hosting guests.
